The final thesis focuses on strengthening the connection between Kapitána Jaroše Street and Lidická Street, the city theater, and the vacant lot itself. The goal is to create a building that promotes the synergy of these spaces and their mutual interaction, ideally contributing to the overall revitalization and increased dynamics of its surroundings. Last but not least, emphasis is also placed on creating a landmark and cultural centerpiece, for which the vacant lot, due to its location, is suitable. Thus, the final thesis deals with the design of a modern art gallery.
